Kathleen Greider, Superintendent of Schools: “We wanted our students to come into the building and feel that wellbeing, because it is the foundation of learning.”

Suli Serrano, Teacher: “We didn’t necessarily change that we’re in the school building, but as far as our attitudes are and just general demeanor, I feel like has adjusted with the fact that it’s brighter, it’s more spacious, it’s more open. We can see more and engage more with other people around us.”

Tori, Student: “It kept me happier. It kept me wanting to talk to people, wanting to make more friends. So I feel like I’ve had more connections than I’ve had in the past. I don’t know, 11 years of my education here in Farmington.”

Vicky, Student: “The amount of community that is being able to be built in this space, just because of how it’s structured, like the main street, it really makes this place feel like a new home. And it lived up to the expectation of me thinking that when I came here, I was going to be able to push my thinking and expand my knowledge and have so many more opportunities to learn. And it did exactly that.”
