As TSKP STUDIO continues to excel, we are excited to introduce four new team members. With a range of experiences, skills, and interests, they each bring something new to our studio environment.

John D. Scheib, Jr. brings a strong blend of design and project management expertise, with a focus on balancing design quality, budget, and schedule. During his tenure as a principal at Northeast Collaborative Architects, he led notable educational and public safety projects, including J.M. Wright Technical High School, Lyme-Old Lyme High School, and Middlefield Public Safety Facility, which is currently under construction.

Sean Donadio brings 28 years of experience from Northeast Collaborative Architects, where he served as a principal and developed a well-rounded background in design and project leadership. In addition to his work in practice, Sean has taught Architectural Design Studio at Roger Williams University and is a dedicated mentor to emerging professionals.

Anna Shakun brings more than 20 years of experience as a designer and project manager. Her portfolio includes a range of award-winning museums, libraries, higher education facilities, and mixed-use developments.

Alexia Salafia is a graduate of the University of Hartford with a strong foundation in design and an interest in the impact of the built environment. A LEED Green Associate since 2022, she remains committed to continued learning and is working toward architectural licensure.
