OPEN POSITION - MARKETING COORDINATOR

TSKP STUDIO is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with at least 3 years of experience to join our Hartford, CT team. Are you looking to grow your writing, time management, and graphic skills? Responsibilities

·         Development of Proposal (RFQ, RFP) materials

·         Coordinate with a team to gather and assemble materials

·         Create compelling messaging using marketing collateral.

·         Assist with interview layout, preparation, and planning

·         Research local news to identify project opportunities

·         Maintain and update current proposal materials

·         Modify and update renderings, diagrams, and plans

·         Planning and scheduling social media posts across the firm’s channels

·         Identify and propose internal/external initiatives to promote brand awareness

 

Qualifications

·         Skilled with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop

·         High proficiency in PowerPoint

·         Able to produce well-written content with the ability to edit someone else’s work effectively

·         Ability to work independently or collaboratively

·         Strong attention to detail – visual and written accuracy and precision required

·         Ability to manage multiple priorities

·         College degree required or equivalent experience

·         Self-starter who manages deadlines and works effectively within a collaborative team environment
