Minimum 10-12 years of experience in high-quality design projects. Well-rounded and dynamic Architect with experience in all aspects of project design and delivery.
Responsibilities include:
• Organize, execute design intent, detail and coordinate complex commercial, educational and institutional projects.
• Assist with proposal preparation, consultant negotiation, project schedules, scope of work definition, fee estimates.
• Manage multiple small or medium sized projects, including client budgets, schedules, programs and project documentation. Collaborate with Principal in Charge and other senior staff on larger projects.
• Must have strong Design, Management and Communication skills.
• May serve as a primary point of client contact.
