Three projects designed by TSKP STUDIO were selected by the AIA-CT 2016 Design program. It is rare that one firm receives as many honors in one cycle. The three projects were: Hartford Magnet Trinity College Academy @ Learning Corridor Campus — a 56,600 sq.ft. addition to supporting a 6-12 college-prep program aligned with Trinity College; Guilford High School — a 225,000 sq.ft. new school serving 1,100 students; Victoria Soto School — a 35,900 sq.ft. new school serving Pre-K through 2nd grade students.
These projects represent the latest of 46 awards bestowed on the firm’s work over the past 47 years, demonstrating a consistently high quality of design. Jurors included: Barry Bergdoll, Professor, Columbia University Department of Art History and Archeology; Alex Krieger, FAIA, Principal, NBBJ, Boston; Sara Lopergolo, AIA, Partner, Selldorf Architects, New York City.
