SM&NC’s Heckscher Farm is an active working farm and rural oasis in the city. Construction of a new Astronomy Center and Planetarium has begun. The new building will resemble an extension of the farm. A rolling roof opens the observatory to the sky. Completion is anticipated in the Spring of 2025.
