TSKP STUDIO is pleased to spotlight Oleg Kozlovskii, AIA, and Shirleen Santiago. Together, they reflect the depth of experience and emerging talent that continue to shape our studio.

Oleg Kozlovskii, AIA brings strong design and technical expertise, with experience contributing to a range of complex civic and institutional projects. His work has been recognized nationally, including a shared First Place in the 2023 St. Paul Prize and finalist honors for the Ralph Rapson Traveling Study Fellowship.

Shirleen Santiago is a recent graduate of the University of Hartford, where she earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in architecture, along with a concentration in construction management.

In her first professional role, Shirleen has already gained valuable experience and developed a strong foundation of knowledge and skills through her work on projects such as Trumbull Middle School. We are excited to support Shirleen as she continues to grow in the profession and contribute to the work of our studio.
