This 18,000 SF building serves as joint headquarters for the Municipal Engine Company and Ambulance Association. TSKP STUDIO designed the building to make maximum use of the corner location, but more importantly, to harmonize with the surrounding residential area.

The building faces the corner with a wrap around wall topped with a veranda and is articulated as an aggregate of small elements in scale with the surrounding one and two story homes. For this project, TSKP STUDIO won the AIA / CSA Honor Award for Design Excellence.
