A self-described smile creator Stephanie Beals is the Director of Marketing, where she is responsible for all things marketing. On a mission to work smarter, not harder, she is focused on professional development and creating connections. She has spent the last 14 years crafting winning proposals, newsworthy content, and growing the company brand.
While earning her Master’s in Business Administration, she worked as an intern for the New York State Department of Research and Development (NYSERDA), where she developed a unique perspective on innovative energy solutions. In her spare time, she encourages family hikes, rollerblades, and indoor rock climbing, and aspires to one day be able to do a headstand. She is passionate about being a blood donor through the American Red Cross and supporting the CT Cat Connection.
