TSKP STUDIO designed this 2 million SF mixed-use development center consisting of a 33-story Marriott Hotel, a retail mall anchored by the upscale Shinsaegae Department Store, and an express bus terminal. Located in Seoul’s Center City along the Han River where two subway lines intersect, this development enriches the urban fabric of the City and is the catalyst of commercial development. TSKP STUDIO dual roles in the project were to design the exterior and massing of the complex and to coordinate the work of the international design team which included Korean architects and engineers and a US based interior design team.
